Is it possible to make payments via bank transfer?
Yes, we accept payments via bank transfer from Colombia and the USA. If you wish to make a payment using this method, please send an email to pagos@ianalitic.com to request the bank transfer payment option.
Can I receive the invoice locally for my subscription?
We offer local billing in Colombia and the USA
For billing in Colombia, please send your RUT (tax ID) and billing email address along with proof of payment to pagos@ianalitic.com. You will receive your invoice by email.
How can I add users to my subscription?
You can make changes to your subscription at any time, just request the desired number of additional users by emailing pagos@ianalitic.com along with proof of payment for the addition. The users will be active within a maximum of 12 hours.
What happens if my subscription payment is not processed?
We will make up to three attempts to collect payment. If we are unable to complete the transaction after these attempts, your subscription will automatically be switched to the FREE version, with a limit of 3 active users. All other users will remain inactive until payment is received.
